Our Practical Training
We have over 20 different fire doors and key fire components in our practical teaching area, ensuring that you get hands on experience on industry leading products. This includes timber, steel and composite fire doors, flat and cross corridors for practical training and assessment.
The course takes place at our training centre in Bury, Greater Manchester and runs from 9am – 5pm. You will receive full course details by email once you complete and submit the form.
What you will receive
As we are an approved GQA training centre, you will receive a GQA certificate and skills card on successful completion of the course.
Please note the completion of a training course alone cannot be evidence of competency, and FDM can only confirm if an individual has attended training and the content of that course.
However, completion of courses may be cited alongside other factors such as experience and observations.
