The FireQual Award in Fire Risk Assessment in High-Risk Premises has been accredited by Ofqual at RQF (Regulated Qualifications Framework) Level 4.

  • Individuals who require appropriate knowledge to audit high-risk Fire Risk Assessment work undertaken by others.

Qualification Details

This qualification looks at the knowledge and application to perform high-risk Fire Risk Assessments. Once qualified, you will have evidence that you:

  • Understand applicable fire safety legislation and associated standards.
  • Have appropriate knowledge to prepare for a visit to conduct a high-risk Fire Risk Assessment work.
  • Have appropriate knowledge to conduct high-risk Fire Risk Assessment work.

Entry Requirements

Candidates must be able to show evidence of either having completed the FireQual Medium-Risk Premises qualification (or equivalent), and/or evidence of sufficient experience of completing suitable and sufficient fire risk assessments in medium-risk premises (as defined by the Benchmark Standard).
